Prices and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars at wholesale prices and are exclusive of GST. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted and are calculated prior to dispatch. DPI Jewellery accepts payment via Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, eWAY) for “Upfront Payment” accounts; Direct Deposit and Cheque are accepted payment methods for approved “Account” customers only. You have the option to be on “Account” with us, upon the approval of a signed credit application form – all other accounts are on “Upfront Payment” terms. Payment for “Upfront Payment” accounts are taken once DPI Jewellery has established that we can fulfill your order and stock availability. DPI Jewellery will not charge your credit or debit card until your order is ready to dispatch. 

New Accounts

New customers will initially be on “Upfront Payment” terms. An opening order minimum of $250.00 applies.


Dispatch is within 5 -7 days.  Please note shipping charges will be calculated once order is picked and ready for dispatch.


All items offered on the DPI Jewellery website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on the website, click the “Add to Cart” button shown on each product page.  When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the “Check out” button, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send the e-mail confirmation of your order.  We keep these data in confidence, in accordance with our privacy policy.

Return & Refund Policy

Please check your orders as soon as you receive them and notify us of any stock damages or issues within 7 days via email at info@jewellerydpi.com

As our products are 100% guaranteed for workmanship, we can help you and process any returns quickly, but only if we are notified straight away.

Please note: our returns policy does not cover items that have been purchased and used as samples or in-store stock. We cannot replace items that have been worn or damaged due to wear. Our guarantee does not extend to modified, mistreated or accidently broken jewellery or display items.

We are happy to help & want all pieces supplied in their best condition, so if there’s any issues with your order once delivered, contact us so we can organise for you to return the goods and we can issue a replacement or credit note for the items.

You have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel, within the cancellation period, by telephone.

Marketing & Communications

When registering your business with us for an online account, your business contact details are added to our marketing and communications list. This means receiving marketing and promotional emails from us that relate to services and products we provide to you. You can manage your subscriptions for email communications by selecting “update preferences” or “unsubscribe” at any time (these options are included in the footer of all DPI Jewellery emails sent). If you would like to opt out of receiving postal communication, including our print Catalogue, please contact our office on (03) 9894 7891 to request this update to your marketing preferences.

Statutory Rights

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
